4. If you make 300 connections before the date, the phone will be given to you. Participants must have obtained 300 friends by that date, not any later.

5. The competition is not open to any staff or personnel of NexiaCulture

6. Other prices will be awarded to the 2nd and 3rd graduates/professionals that make 300 friends on or before September 30th 2008..

7. The winner will be announced on October 1st 2008.
